Introduction:
This machine is designed for deburring multiple parts simultaneously. It can operate
in dry or wet mode and is controlled by PLC. The entire process is fully automated.
The brush parameters are programmed and adjusted automatically, with each
station’s parameters controlled independently. The stations utilize a rotary design,
with the part’s rotation and the turntable’s motion controlled by separate motors.
This allows for coordinated movement with the fixtures, enabling complex multi-axis movements to precisely remove burrs from specific areas.
