Equipment Introduction
This model is an economical version of the sheet metal deburring machine. During
operation, two power heads are used: one removes burrs from the flanged edges of
the stamped parts, while the other trims sharp edges and creates uniform rounded
corners. The design is simple, efficient, and easy to operate. It can process one part in
an average of 2–3 seconds. As our standard model for mass production, it offers
excellent cost-effectiveness. It’s ideal for deburring various stamped parts.
